Where do you ship from and are there tariffs on my shipment into the United States?
We ship from Canada. For any shipments into the United States, you will have to pay the current duty and tariff rate set by US Customs, which is calculated at checkout. Shipping is still free for carts over $120.

Which countries do you ship to?

Why did Tuoksu change its name to Eau_Eau?
Same team, same Grasse-sourced formulas, same obsession with getting the juice right — just a new name that fits us better. Tuoksu served us well, but as we grew, we wanted a name that's easier to say, easier to remember, and captures the playful energy of what we're all about. Eau_Eau (pronounced oh-oh) felt like the perfect match. Nothing else has changed — your favourites are still your favourites.

Will my existing orders, rewards, or account be affected?
Nope. Everything carries over. Your account, your rewards points, your order history — all still there. Just a fresh coat of paint on the outside.

Is the website URL changing? 
Yes — we've moved from tuoksu.co to eaueau.co. If you visit the old address, you'll be redirected automatically. Update your bookmarks when you get a chance, but no rush — we've got you covered either way.

Are the perfumes changing?
Not a thing. Same formulas, same concentrations, same ingredients, same bottles. If you loved it before, you'll love it now. We just go by a cooler name.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes or cancel. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make modifications.

How do I earn points in the Eau_Eau Rewards program?
You earn points on every purchase - the more you shop, the more you save. You get 5 points for every $1 spent. Points are automatically added to your account after each qualifying purchase. How do I redeem my Eau_Eau Rewards points?

How do I check my rewards points balance?

How do I choose the right Eau_Eau perfume for me?

Are your fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?
Eau_Eau is deeply committed to making all our creations vegan, gluten-free, and cruelty-free.  

What does it mean when a perfume is marked as reformulated?
Our perfumers are constantly striving to make our fragrances better. Sometimes the perfumes are reformulated to conform with IFRA standards or to help increase their longevity. It's part of our promise to push the boundaries of affordable perfumery.

Do you filter your perfumes?
We choose not to cold filter our perfumes in order to keep the full integrity of our natural ingredients. That will mean that you may find small floating elements in our perfume from time to time. They will disintegrate with time and do not affect the perfume in any way.

Can I layer different Eau_Eau fragrances?
Absolutely! Fragrance layering is a wonderful way to create your unique scent. Start with lighter, citrus notes as your base and add deeper, woody or oriental fragrances on top. Experiment with different combinations to find your perfect blend.

Are your bottles recyclable?
Each of our perfume bottles and all of our packaging are completely recyclable.

How are your products packaged?
We avoid using any extra packaging or wasteful plastic wrap. It's what our customers have demanded and we have listened.

Why are your mailing boxes so plain?
We put it all in the bottle. Our fragrances are extraordinary, so the packaging doesn't need to be loud. Plus the more boring it looks, the less chance there is of someone else walking away with your perfumes. 

Do you provide samples of your perfumes?
In order to keep costs down and avoid waste, we don't provide samples for our perfumes. Our 30 ml bottles are the perfect way to be introduced to Eau_Eau. 

What ingredients are in your perfumes? 
We use a carefully curated blend of natural and safe synthetic ingredients that meet IFRA standards. Each perfume's full ingredient list is available on its product page. We prioritize transparency and use only vegan, cruelty-free ingredients, avoiding common allergens where possible.

How long do Eau_Eau perfumes last on the skin?
Our perfumes typically last 4 to 6 hours on the skin, though this varies based on your skin chemistry, the specific fragrance, and environmental factors. Our eau de parfum concentration ensures good longevity. For extended wear, try layering or applying to pulse points and moisturized skin.

How should I store my perfume to maintain its quality?
Store your Eau_Eau perfume in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep the cap tightly closed when not in use. Properly stored, our perfumes maintain their quality for 2 to 3 years, though they're best enjoyed within the first year.

Is alcohol-based perfume bad for your skin?
The alcohol in our perfumes is cosmetic-grade and safe for skin application. It helps the fragrance disperse and evaporate properly, leaving the scent on your skin. If you have very dry or sensitive skin, moisturize before applying perfume.
