We ship mainly by ground mail, with tracking info. We currently only ship to Canada, United States, the United Kingdom, and most of Europe (see below), via UPS and Canada Post. Orders for the United States now include prepaid duties. Please sign up for our email newsletter for updates on new markets. All your shipments are now carbon neutral.

Packages usually arrive within 5-8 working days, depending on the local mail service. Delays may increase due to shipping staffing shortages.

All customers must submit a telephone number at checkout. Parfums Eau Eau is not liable for any customs and import duties that may be imposed on international customers. International customers who refuse to accept delivery will not be refunded for the cost of shipping or order value, and goods will be disposed of by the carrier. 

Order Processing

We usually process orders within 3 to 4 days of receipt, excluding holidays and weekends. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive a shipping confirmation by email. All shipping notifications will include a tracking number. 

Order changes — including cancellations — can sometimes be accommodated, but only within 24 hours of an order being placed.

Flat Rate Shipping

Our shipping rates for Canada and the United States are flat, based on the number of bottles purchased. 

1 bottle: $12
2 bottles: $14
3+ bottles: $18
All carts over $120, get free shipping.

United States: All purchases must now include duty costs, in accordance with the most current US Customs protocols. 

International Shipping

We also ship to the United Kingdom and most of Europe (countries listed below). Rates are calculated by Canada Post in the cart. If you purchase more than £120 or Euro, the shipping rate is flat at 10.
